I loved this company very much, managers are very friendly work culture is awesome no words to say ... Employee benefits are very good, I never had a second thought to change company. Work Culture is good. Support from managers are very good. No pressure work, very well managed.

Cons

Better to grab projects from INDIA operations also will be very good so that we don't have to wait the projects from on-site.

- Good cab facility - Can't think of any pros, seriously.

Cons

- No projects in the company. - Company gets short duration projects only (8-10 months duration). For that they will hire you with attractive package & bonus. Once project is finished, you will be kicked out without any notice. Hire and fire strategy. - All support projects only, no development. - This is Mexican company. All leads and managers are simply puppets in their hands. - Poor hikes. - Worst cafeteria. Admin people get free food there so they don't bother about employees' feedback. - Freshers, please stay away from Softtek. You will get nothing to learn. Your career will be spoiled. It's better to be jobless.
