Youth spirit, you can dress as you want, it's like being in college, great people, good life-work balance

Cons

Takes much time to escalate between organization levels, some Project Leaders/Delivery Managers are really annoying and don't help too much

The communication with the leaders is very open, you are free to express you're opinion, comments etc. they have flexibility with schedule, the salaries are very good

Cons

I have being working in the same proyect 4 years and haven't had experience in other type of busses or industry
