It's set in Aguascalientes, nice city to live. Good pay Major Medical Expenses

Cons

Mix pay, one part on a regular payroll and another based on weird benefits No raises Some leader are actually bosses. Major Medical Expenses is only for employee, we must pay for relatives(childs and wife/husband). After a project ending, you are so stressed for getting a new one or get fired Most project loss is due bad management
