Pros

STG treats their employees the way they should be treated, like people, not just a number. They truly have an amazing company culture. They care about and listen to their employees thoughts and ideas. I am extremely grateful to have the opportunity to work here.

Wonderful small company

Pros

This company has wonderful culture and people working in it's office staff. Also very talented and professional people both in sales, recruitment, and technology. They have great benefits and good work-life balance. Company works hard to live it's positive cultural values. Has great company parties and get togethers throughout the year for family and friends to participate in.

Cons

Small company, growing and successful but due to size-opportunities for advancement are somewhat rare. Leadership positions don't open up frequently. Still some are able to advance and do well long term at the company.
