STG has a real team focused culture and the company is focused on taking care of its employees. If I need something from training to additional equipment, they've paid for it. They throw in small bonuses or amazon gift cards all the time -- like completing a certification, generating overtime, or just to say thanks. The staff goes out of its way to help you (if you ask a question, they take ownership even if it wasn't in their area). Contract-wise; When a contract ends, they'll still pay you while on the bench to study until they can place you a new contract (I was paid on the bench for 3 months between contracts). And, If you don't like a contract, they'll look at moving you off it. If you like a contract, they'll keep you on it. If you don't want to work overtime, you're never pressured to do so. If want to, they have plenty of opportunities -- either on your current contract or side contracts. STG is a fantastic place to work.
