Through all aspects of the company you are given a chance to voice your ideas, share with others, and work with really smart people. It is very common for employees to start here fresh out of school and stay here for the remainder of their lives, that is great to be a part of. Another positive is it offers the benefits of a very large organization, but people care about you like a small family owned business would be run.

I have been working with Solai & Cameron Technologies for 6 years. It’s a great company to work for. Management is very creative and always have innovative ideas. The company offers great training tools and a great learning curve. It’s a fast paced environment and very customer friendly. High standards are set by the management team , who really motive us and its very positive environment to work in.
