Pros

The HR is very approachable and responsive. They make active changes depending on employee input. There was a lot of change when I first started working here, and there was pushback from a lot of people. All in all, the changes have made a positive impact.

There aren't any pros I can think of.

Cons

When this company came in and pushed aside companies like Volt and Rose or Progressive IT. These service desks went down. Whoever worked for LiveNation, JetBlue or even Acosta is probably gone.
