      Cons

      Industry currently is on verge of being dismantled in Arizona due to the utility companies influence. Solarcity terribly misleads possible candidates through overstating potential salary and benefits. Do not trust what the recruiter claims.

      Pros

      You have flexible hours, you get a company car, you get to do something good for the planet and help families, you get to work with a few people who are also excited about saving the world.

      Cons

      Company is going through the terrible teens, has no idea what it wants from it's employees. Middle management constantly reminds employees that they're replaceable. Great concept but no company culture to speak of. If you live off of excel spread sheets and no money then this is the job for you. Look forward to being taken for granted for all to work you put in and very little support from management.
