It is very inconsistent on pay.

Pros

You have a good chance to make a lot of money. You also only work four days a week.

Cons

There is high chance that you will make much less than base pay in a week due to how you are payed by the panel. So if your week is stacked with not very many panels to install, you will not make much. Plus the company already cut the pay drastically per panel once before.

Pros

Solar can change the dirty utility power and save the environment, company recognition

Cons

Misogynistic, boys club, operations side has caused sales to cancel (poor installation, site survey was a nightmare, no show at installation), growing way too quickly that back ends of getting job to installation has slowed down and quality has declined! Low pay per panels for the amount of sales
