Good training. Co-workers are really nice.
Cons
Sales expectations are unrealistic. They have a new standard now where 99% of people will not reach. If you do not meet your quota, you get terminated. It looks as if Solar City is now only going for cream of the crop super salespersons. The other con is that SRP charges fees that are so high now that Solar City cannot do proposals in Arizona. That's approximately 40% Market share.
