      this is why you see so very many reviews from 10/13 -10/15....way more than in any other date range of reviews these reviews are untrue...they are stacking the deck..

      Cons

      horrible place to work...low pay for all of your waking hours...and they toss you out like used Kleenex. their actions are the opposite of what they preach.....typical of any organization that is based on taking advantage of their employees...they brainwash them ....until they wash out of the business....then hire more to replace them....over 1000 sales new hires in last year in So California...per an email as to the wonderful perfomance of a hiring manager. There are not 1000 sales people in So Cal. now...probably a bout 300 or so...what happened to all the others? Who has the busiest job in SolarCity? clearly it is HR.

      Pros

      Some of the upsides of working for SolarCity is that they are very friendly and welcoming, and they have a strong focus on safety, productivity, and quality.

      Cons

      Personally, there are no downsides to working with SolarCity aside from their website management. I think the company does their best to ensure that their employees feel happy.

      Pros

      Company has great growth opportunities and aims to promote from within. Currently averages nearly 400 promotions in 1 month. Philosophy and vision are focused on long-term success, and they take great care of their employees. The HR/People empowerment team have done an excellent job in hiring top talent difference makers who are great to work with.

      Cons

      Some may dislike that there is a start-up vibe in the work environment due to a lack of rigid and streamlined processes/structures. It's a young company and nothing is set in stone.
