      Pros

      Friendly colleagues is the best I can say for now, too much has changed.

      Cons

      Biking issues go unresolved for months only creating a poor customer experience, way too many issues with installations, young inexperienced managers, and the list goes on.

      Meeting customers and feeling a sense of purpose in every interaction. Its a great place to get

      Cons

      Wide sweeping changes from the executive level did not address problems. I've seen it in several regions where if certain numbers weren't hit, instead of investigating into what the regional challenges were, they fired people and started from scratch. We've lost a lot of great people who were great at their job and retention is a huge issue. I saw our customer service and our installation quality go down to a depressing low. The standard operating procedure was inefficient and interdepartmental communication was terrible especially between the local offices and the headquarters.

      Pros

      Great coworkers, flexible work time, transcending purpose. The pay is decent and your success is under your control, somewhat (you can generate leads, but somebody else closes them)

      Cons

      Sometimes monotonous work environment, standing all day pitching and getting rejected. Closing of deals can depend on company politics and other things out of your control
