Pros

Well I guess the smoke they blow up your (wouldn't let me say the real word) delicate sensitive tush is nice at first. Quickly fades once you start getting negative commission checks.

Cons

Last paycheck had 4 'claw backs,' this basically means they paid me a commission for a sale that ended up falling through. They aren't going to let you keep said commission, so they set up a debt. For the love of god, get your experience from this place and head for the hills.

Pros

Being part of the SolarCity team is a perk in itself, knowing that I can ship code that helps us get closer to our goals of reducing the carbon footprint we leave on the world. Pay is decent and I am given liberties to work in technologies that I enjoy.

Cons

Lots of change and lots of challenges to meet the expectations of management, some find this work stressful. Not me, I like to think of it as being challenged.
