Lets start here - I was forced to take a "leave of absence" because I was spending too much time caring for my mother, who was extremely ill with leukemia. I was told to take my time and that when I was ready, the work would definitely be there for me to return. My mother passed away in January of 2014. When I attempted to return to work I was told "there really just isnt enough east coast recruiting." If I were a lesser man, I promise you SolarCity would be tied up in litigation for years to come. All I can say is I am better than them, and that simply hearing the word solar makes me cringe with shock and disbelief. Do NOT work for a company that treats its employees this way. I can help you find an ethical organization with properly aligned morals.

When you see board members dumping/selling a large amount of their stock, you know something is up. Numbers speak and tell the true story of the company. Before believing the hype, look at the stock reports, and the balance sheet of the company. I know for next time to review the numbers before believing the stories that are told to me. Facts and numbers currently contradict what we are internally told.
