Pros

Great benefits - base salary, car, phone, and computer provided, all expenses paid

Cons

The most abusive management I have ever worked for, in 25 years. Still use old-fashioned browbeating, bullying sales techniques. They micromanage every minute of your day, with so many reports and "Go-To's" you can barely get your SALES job done. Then they demand outrageous quotas without giving you the tools you need to meet those quotas.

Pros

Nice co-workers, founders seem approachable, depending on which department you are from.

Cons

Same sentiment as all the reviews before mine. Over worked, under paid, fired after a year because young in experienced management does not know how to treat people. Iam not a number. I did my job with very satisfactory results, but was told I'm not doing enough. They best you down, over work you, then fire you to hire someone for thousands less.

Pros

Super easy to get hired, great place for a beginner salesperson to learn the basics. Great way to get into the green energy industry.

Cons

First thing I noticed is the Huge attrition rate. This is definitely not a place for someone seeking a career. SC has zero problem outright lying to its sales force. Upon being hired as an inside sales consultant I was told I would be provided 30-60 leads monthly. By my second month the company had morphed the position into a self generating lead position (termed "premium team"). All the while the company continues to hire more people under the same. Also; I'll be forced to forfeit thousands in commissions when I leave because of the 3-6 month average install timeframe. They just don't care about their salespeople, at all.
