      My manager fired me the day after my brother's funeral because I did not hit quota that month. He did not even let me go back to the position that I had been promoted from. When I told the HR rep, he said he had never been informed of my brother's passing and let me know there was nothing he could do about it.

      Great coworkers. Fun environment. decent pay and benefits.

      Cons

      unrealistic sales goals that would change randomly every month. Constant change mostly for the worst. Management had no realistic sales experience and expect you to keep up with their fantasy. A lot of firing based on monthly performance rather than what one did for company over time.
