      Good Company for short term experience

      Pros

      -Salary is somewhat competitive. -HMO up to 4 dependents at no extra cost. -Sales bonus twice a year aside from 13th month pay. -At least twice work on-site and you have foods. -Lots of documentations to depend to help you at work. -Generous to benefits

      Cons

      -Product training is quick and you have less time to learn properly. -High stress since you need to handle 7-10 cases per day. Not all issues can be solved in 1 day especially when there's short time for training. -Some 3rd party hires such as Mahindra are ridiculously bad in doing their jobs, they put a lot of strain to others by not doing their research and just keep asking for answers.

      Not a place for high achievers. Do just enough not to get noticed and collect a paycheck. Not worth putting in max effort because comp plan does not pay out.
