      The phrase "Toxic Leadership" keeps coming

      Pros

      Some ISR's and reps had been decent and have tried to stay positive but all have been put in a untenable situation.

      Cons

      The cracks in every department are now giant crevices, many programs, projects have halted, either due to lack of quality leaders remained & cuts are all too common. The rationale behind some of the individuals cut between good and the toxic staff who are best friends with the leadership is creating a nightmare experience for everyone else, did they think this level of favoritism would not have such a damning effect?

      "Kowtowing Required to Secure Your Job"

      Salary, Gym and food on weekly basis.

      Working at this company has taken a disappointing turn. In the past, the workplace had a more respectful atmosphere. However, under the new management, it's become increasingly apparent that success hinges on who you know and how well you can appease the CEO's PluseSecure team. The previous management, unconventional as they may have been, at least provided a clear vision for the company's future. We all had a shared understanding of our goals and objectives. Sadly, that transparency has been replaced with ambiguity. Now, it feels like one must constantly navigate office politics and be well-connected with the CEO's friends just to maintain job security. This has had a detrimental impact on the overall professionalism within the organization. It's a far cry from the company I initially joined, and it's become disheartening to see how the culture has changed.

      Great coworkers, interesting work.

      Pros

      When I started, it was clear that team building was a top priority. This provided opportunities to learn about many aspects of various teams/departments. Bonuses were appreciated.

      Cons

      Perfunctory reviews on performance in general, and a lose/lose rating system. Performance/accomplishments did not lead to pay increases, or any upward mobility.
