      this is history now. this is history now.

      top leaders are suddenly leaving .we were counting on them first when they joined, now they are fired! We need to fix the root of the problem, to be honest it is not in the roots but on the head. There is no one to blame here on the CEO as simple as that. May be he is nice here, and he has CARE there, unfortunately this doesn’t work.

      Many of these reviews are extremely misleading. I came into the IT sales workforce with little to no IT knowledge. If you are looking to kick start your IT sales career and gain insights into every IT vertical, there is no better place to start. In addition they have leaders that match what you put into the job with your opportunity for growth. As in every job there are hurdles that come with growth. You can get out what you put in at SolarWinds. This place has exceeded numerous expectations. 1. earning potential 2. flexibility during hard personal times 3. This is the first place of employment that genuinely cared about my well being.

      Cons

      There is consistent change that can be hard to swallow some times from an account perspective "if" you pride yourself on relationship building. (in defense) The leaders here have had to navigate a lot in a short amount of time significantly beyond the norm, or economic down turn that every org is currently facing. I do not envy having to make these decisions. I would applaud Sudhakar and Andrea for how they have handled the far from easy hurdles.
