      Database … before & after!

      the best database team I ever worked with.

      Cons

      In the previous year, the CEO publicly and to investors declared that the Database team's revenue would surpass $40 million in 2022. However, just 12 months later, it was disheartening to witness the entire team being laid off, followed by the closure of EMEA and APAC offices. The company initially began by reducing costs, leading to a gradual dismantling of the team.

      I've worked with amazing leaders for years and have grown a lot. Campus is nice and has a gym

      Quotas are ridiculously high and not attainable. It will be near impossible for you to hit your quota for the year.

      Pros

      Staff changes so much it's hard to remember the good ones but we've crossed paths with good reps, managers and leaders during the last few years unfortunately they left or where forced out.

      Cons

      Crazy high attrition hence my avoid if you can subject folks. It stems from terrible CCO/CRO and ultimately the CEO is responsible for keeping them in power. No sense of direction from leadership, when a challenge comes then its supposed to be "Lets tackle it together" not here, you tend to get thrown under the bus untill you give up and leave or be blamed for another leadership mistake and be the fallperson and get the sack.. oh oh but don't worry it will be for "cost saving" reasons.
