Pros

Some hard working people in the lower ranks.

Cons

People have been cut, yes the industry does this from time to time but some of the ones they've made here don't add up, no preparation, no hand off, whats the go forward plan? As a result collaboration just doesn't happen anymore, what makes it all the more sad is that some of the cuts the leadership have done appear to have been personally motivated over individuals they think don't conform to their only way of thinking. As much as the HR and leaders profess we are people first company it's the polar opposite. CEO has encircled himself with a c-suite that is self motivated by their own success and blame their failings down stream is a constant fear by employees below.

Pros

Has a respectable past as a tech frontier in the industry and decent products.

Cons

2 yrs in and it's without doubt a bizarrely run company, nothing is working right for this size/age company. Everything is a half-baked below standard job, nobody seems to want to set standards and practices. Teams aren't gelling together but they seem more focused on who's fault it is to justify their position. Leadership are on a different planet and hire only past buddies. CEO has lost trust from majority of the staff, too many bad hires from his native country seemed to be a wry, good people let go earlier in the year and no clear direction has led people to be totally lost and morale is sinking to an all time low.

Pros

Promises of great things, and the grandure of a +20yr Tech Titan...

Cons

Once you are in the door then most of the new hires want to leave straight away, it's turned into a joke of an organization, no structure, accountability or sense of responsibility from anyone at most levels. Reduction in workforce at the start of the year has resulted in reduction in morale and process improvement, the people just bury their heads stay quiet. The new channel program has gone all quiet after so much hype about it last year, they cannot execute anything strategically when internanlly the leadership are only focusing on protecting themselves. Hires from Pulse are still floating about like they own the company personally, more and more keep popping up, an aura of “CEO is one of us”.
