      Pros

      All I can say is what a culture shock! My previous company was the poster child for toxic sales culture. But this place is far from that. Leadership is supportive and challenges us to drive the number in a way that makes it fun to be in sales.

      Cons

      Every company has some policies that people aren't fans of and this one is no different. But the work culture makes them more palatable.

      Great opportunity. SolarWinds is the industry leader in full-stack IT observability. Most customers you speak with have been using SolarWinds for 5-10+ years, which proves the value of the solutions. Customers have constant needs to add on to their environment if their company is growing.
