      Pros

      The health benefits are very good. They now seem to actually care more about their employees, rather than just saying they do. They have started to put their money where their mouth is, and I believe this is largely in part due to the change in CEO, Sudhakar, really seems to care, and it shows.

      Cons

      There is no profit sharing or bonuses given in stock.
