      Pros

      A creative work environment with inspirational thought leaders. Competitive pay and excellent benefits.

      Cons

      Work-life is really improving, would have been a con in the past, but the company is focused on People and providing a balanced and fair approach to getting work done.

      Leadership, management, and teammates have all been very welcoming from the start Nice health benefits Opportunity to network with and collaborate with team members across the globe Competitive payrate Occasional company-provided luncheons and snacks, drinks on site to keep you going throughout the day Very flexible PTO Flexible with WFH /Remote policy

      Cons

      I honestly cannot think of any cons. I have held several IT positions now at several different large corporate companies and Solarwinds is by far the most comfortable.
