Cons

Turning into a career killer. Thought they would have come out of the hack scandal from couple yrs back but they seem to be too preoccupied with keeping toxic leadership empowered who all but do is chopping and changing direction and staff every 2 weeks. It's a big mess, HR... oh wait I mean "Talent Success" are either the best actors in the world Or they are 100% complicit with the C-Suite behaviors, level of clear favoritism among the organisation is a disgrace.

As I said in the title so don’t expect to see something good here.

Cons

I'm not sure where to begin, perhaps by raising the quota by four times so that everyone in the workplace works for no pay and bosses are unaffected. Or from the worst vice presidents of sales I have ever witnessed. We live in a company within a corporation, guys. Even though they had better knowledge and skills, CEO friends and senior solarian were treated horribly and forced to resign, only to be replaced by any low-wage labor.
