Pros

Great people to work with. Fair pay. You get free drinks and snacks and they pay for lunch twice a week. Great benefits and PTO.

Cons

A lot of turn over. Sometimes too fast paced for employees. They will not over dwell on the fact that they let someone go.

Loved the team. The job got me in the door, but the culture and energy of the team kept me coming back day after day. Loved it..

Cons

Work/Life balance is not great. You find yourself staying later and later quarter over quarter. Mgmt doesn't demand the hours, you just find yourself needing to stay later to get the job done.

Pros

Great work environment. Fast-paced. Decent Pay. The retirement and insurance packages are one of the best I've had. Everyone that works here becomes family.

Cons

Nothing I can see as a downside to working here. The pay could be a little better for renewal reps but its not at all unfair. Catered lunches are sometime a bit unhealthy but I've never complained.
