Good benefits overall, remote option depending on division you are in

Cons

HR nightmare, they do not care about the employees, will let other coworkers steal from you and do nothing about it, also are dumb enough to let the same workers game them and get paid out bonuses. Toxic environment

Good Technology - a known brand globally. Some of the people there are nice and I make some friends

Very mean when it comes to money and rewarding their staff. Sent a selection box and a solarwinds t-shirt for a christmas present, yet staff worked from home without a single 'care' package all year. Management changes every quarter it seems and company direction is all over the place. New CEO has brought all his own people from Pulse Secure and all new hires in management are from their - turning into a job for the boys club - all male hires also. Targets change at the drop of a hat and if you are successful you are punished to keep you down. Metrics are the only thing that matter - i.e. calls/emails etc. and a lot of the Sales managers are Sales Admin and not actual what you'd call a Sales Leader - very uninspiring. Bad reputation with channel partners due to Solarwinds stealing deals of channel at last minute in the past, just to get deal
