Job security wilting - regular layoffs unjustified

Pros

Hopefull since the CEO is also Indian that he will look after his followers in Mumbai and Bangalore and bring more jobs from NAMER and EMEA to us.

Cons

Has been too many cuts even affecting Indian staff which is a big surprise, we feel let down by the leadership. No proper reason for the layoffs, very poor management, changing minds on GTM as frequently as the weather changes.

Pros

Pros are that you can leave... Management might lead you to believe that if you go anywhere else your either a failure or you couldn't hack it but the truth is that most people that leave earn more money else where and are happier with there new position.

Cons

Number one issue is the KBT- a change is needed here and everyone from the board to the sales floor knows it. There are ton's of other problem in this place but the only advise is that you should not work here if you value you sanity in anyway. All the rumours are true this place a revolving door of sales people brought in for the slaughter.

Pros

Regrettably, there’s nothing positive to report; it feels like a waste of my time.

Cons

The leadership seems to be creating an environment that stymies any real progress. Achievements are non-existent across the board, and there’s an evident attempt to gloss over the shortcomings of certain managers. These individuals appear more interested in personal branding, evidenced by their frequent selfie-taking at events, than in pursuing leads or contributing meaningfully.
