Pros

It is great that SolarWinds customers started to trust the company after the cyber-attack. The product is great to be honest.

Cons

The levels of nepotism and incompetence at SolarWinds are off the charts. The new CEO has filled the company with his friends, even though they're all unqualified and incompetent. As a result, SolarWinds is a complete mess. If you're looking for a job where you can be successful, don't even waste your time at SolarWinds.

Given the current circumstances, there's little value in discussing any pros. It would only add to the stress.

Cons

Be prepared for uncertainty. Particularly in our European offices, especially the Irish locations, there's a strong likelihood of being sent home. Unless, of course, you've recently come from Pulsecure, in which case you're seemingly immune. It's disheartening to witness the apparent favoritism toward the CEO's buddies. It's a hard truth.
