      1. Flexible Timing 2. Good Atmosphere 3. Very Good Salary, Hike and Increment plus Bonus and supplementary Bonus 4. On Time Salary 5. Team Outing, Team Lunch and Family Outing 6. Engaging the Employees with some other personal events like songs, dance etc.,

      1. Headless Managers and Directors 2. The management dont have their own plans and suggestions, 3. The are YES man to Austin and Brno, NO Man to Chennai 4. Sudden Lay off, with out answers, 5. Poor directors/managers in chennai. they have nothing in their mind. 6. Managers and Directors or Slaves in chennai

      - free drinks and snacks - pension, insurance, social club

      Cons

      - poor management ( it's not because you've been a good sales guy you'll be a good manager). - No long term vision - Manager are only interested to know how many PO you'll get today. Ready to call your customers behind your back to offer better discounts. Won't hesitate to sell directly even if projects has been brought by a partner. - no culture of the Channel, no Fields, no Travels - expect to be fire anytime - do not expect to get your permanent contract before12-16 months - very low salary regarding what competitors can offer - no quality leads, poor marketing -
