      Sort of relaxed atmosphere. Some of the people are fine but there are several old-timers that have just been there too long. New bonus plan is good.

      Cons

      Power and control is concentrated in a few key managers and they will not let go or delegate.

      Cons

      The only thing that matters is the weekly forecast, nothing else. It is managed through threats instead of motivation and guidance. The commercial management in EMEA does not know the market or what should be done to sell more, nobody listens to proposals and nobody proposes anything either.
