I was contacted for a role with absolute unprofessionalism and very inconsistent with the things communicated to me. Phone calls were never scheduled. Called without notice, for both the times I was contacted. Decided to not further continue with the hiring process

This place is a total joke. My manager didn't care about me or my development, he never put time and energy into me to guide me or develop me despite my numerous attempts at creating opportunities to do so. My manager simply served the purpose of someone that asked for my forecast and of someone that gave me crap as I worked towards the number making it ultimately an awful experience. They believe that the sales model is the reason they are successful, however it is untrue and is actually because of the fantastic product they have and the moment that stops being the case they are doomed. You are coached to you sell a strategic product like a commodity in turn devaluing the product and creating an impression in the market that you will drop your pants at the first sight of a deal. Do Not Join!

Perfectly working scrum (depends on team), strong Agile environment. Good environment with nice people.

Cons

Management .. bad comunication on many levels, noone wants to solve anything. Ignoring requests, everything takes months and mostly without positive results.
