      A truly horrible place

      Pros

      I wish I could share something positive apart from commenting that some of my former coworkers from the old Solarwinds were a decent group of people. Perhaps one other positive is that the company has finally gotten rid of their CRO that was in way over her head though I hear reports that the incoming CRO has an interesting reputation so likely shall not be any better.

      Cons

      There is no direction for the company apart from the obvious direction down the plug hole with an incompetent and self serving CEO at the helm. His cronies pander to him and life at the working level is just an unpleasant experience fuelled by bullying and ineffective management layers. The company often engages in questionable sales and channels practices which is a well known “secret”. Avoid this lame duck of a company at all costs.

      Pros

      The biggest pro are mainly people around and peaceful atmosphere in the company.

      Cons

      Bad decisions by the the company leadership - losing skilled people and replacing them with low skill people just to save money which has impact on overall product.

      - Some good people around - Good culture in Brno office - Refreshments available

      Cons

      - Poor inclusion, 99% of higher management from India/US despite the huge workforce in Brno, making it feel inferior. - Legacy product, legacy thinking - Product mgmt living in the past - Plays "OKRs" but barely knows how to manage them - No real career growth opportunities - Mass leavings, nobody cares - Offices smell like a tomb
