Everyone is genuinely friendly, collaborative, and highly approachable, creating a warm and informal environment that is great for new starters. Strong Product Portfolio: I genuinely enjoy working on the product suite (especially ITSM). The products are mature, tackle complex challenges, and are well-regarded by our customer base. Flexibility and Compensation: The company is very good about work flexibility and the compensation is competitive within the market. Remote work options are available and appreciated, even as the company slowly moves toward a hybrid approach.

Cons

Process Refinement Needed: As a new member, I see an opportunity for process standardization across various teams. Aligning certain cross-functional workflows could help accelerate our overall speed and reduce ambiguity in execution. Pacing and Agility: While the environment is highly pleasant, the pace can sometimes feel laidback. To fully capture market advantage, the organization could benefit from a more dynamic, faster decision-making cadence in some areas. Embracing the Future: There is potential for the company to be more forward-thinking in its overall approach. Camaraderie with team members and leadership too. This is a rare environment to find that kind of thing where everyone is fully engaged at every level. Implementation timelines are pretty fast when changes are requested depending on the size of the project, with engineering cranking out changes to products as needed, keeping in line with product requirements. Also, management on the T/R side is great to work with too. Oh yes, great pay and benefits also.

Cons

I actually do not have anything in the way of cons at the moment. SolarWinds is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. T/R is as well.
