A competitive salary is one of the reason why we chose to jump to a different company. But SW does not only merely focus on salary, we are FAMILY! We have work life balance and wellness Monday which the entire company is respecting one's mental health to take rest and reset!

Great company culture since Sudhakar became CEO in 2021. Transparent leadership, clear communication from top down. Sophisticated tools and technologies. Great and well maintained office. Above market compensation and benefits.

Cons

Acquisition Sales teams needed to be more agile and nicer to internal stakeholders. Could increase HMO benefits to higher benefit limit, could also extend cover age from 65 to 70 years old.
