      Used to have good tech. Base pay is okay

      Low morale in all departments, leadership are hiring friends only, most of them carry little talent but a superiority complex which affects everyone else as they see no possible career progression unless you are the Pulse or VMWare alunmi they are hiring from.

      Remote work was great while it lasted.

      Cons

      Top Leader does not trust or empower the organization to act and execute. The Exec team clearly only worries about their own compensation. Lots of empty promises.
