      Good, Unless You Want a Family

      Pros

      Good and stable place to work. As far as "benefits and perks", it's great -- if you're single, like BBQ, tacos, potato chips, cookies soda and the gym.

      Cons

      If you want a family and you're a woman, beware, you should look elsewhere. There is NO maternity leave. There is 2 weeks of "parental leave", which is paid, but that's it. Do they really expect a woman to return to work after 2 weeks after just having a baby? If not then, what are her options? Otherwise, you'll have to buy disability insurance and use your PTO.

      Great colleagues who stick together

      Cons

      Where to start. Pretend they are customer-centric but reality is screw every last dime from the customer. Nepotism is rife promote your buddies Suck up to the boss and get ahead. Dissenters not tolerated and ostracised. HR complicit. Don’t believe the hype.

      Genuinely a Good Place to be

      Pros

      - Some very smart people working on some really great products. - Lots of opportunities for career development for people performing well. I have seen numerous examples this year already of people moving into new roles and being given development opportunities. - Great work life balance. Best of any company I have worked at.

      Cons

      Is it perfect? No. However the pros definitely outweigh the cons. Sometimes it can take a while for things to get approved and senior management could perhaps be a little less interfering but on the whole my experience of working here has been very positive.
