      Empowerment to employees, work hours flexibility, the culture of collaboration, opportunities to work and learn different things. Company has great benefits. In the right team, it was very satisfying in delivering products that made a difference.

      Pros

      The people. This company has really good people... But not all are recognized.

      Cons

      Politics and favouritism make the place absolutely toxic. The acquisition of two competing companies (Logicnow & N-able) was an effort to lead the market share. However the management missed the simple aspect that the employees of these two companies would never unite. This led to "Us" versus "Them" culture which gave rise to politics and favoritism. Many good people have quit on both sides and the management did very little to stop that.
