Great company that went south.

Pros

As a company there are many pros. But the cons mask all the good the company has to offer. They would really benefit from a restructure.

Cons

No structure and high stress. Your not seen as equal and your opinions are worthless. Worst of all is having opportunities opened, but management denying your advance to another department.

Pros

The staff working the phones/cases are great. The pay is above average.

Cons

Support Management team is disconnected, they are nearly invisible during the day and don't realize how bad moral is among staff. Employee back-fill is slow and painful. The support team is constantly understaffed and overworked. Bottom line, sales is all that matters. Good customer support is a distant 2nd or 3rd.
