      Pros

      Great team and top level managers are helpful and understanding

      Cons

      Huge turn over. No progress plan is defined and if you ask for career growth, you may hear the exact same words. Salaries are ridiculously low. If you wanna work in sales, you will be part of a failed team with a considerable turnover in midlevel management.

      Pros

      If you are a used car salesman, this is a great place to work. Cool co-workers. Food. Decent benefits. You can make good $ here.

      Cons

      Poorly managed on the sales side. Instead of showing value in some great products, we are forced by management (or maybe I should say micro-management) to pressure existing customers into buying right this second. It is a terrible approach andis a complete turn-off to customers who you are working hard to build relationships with.

      Pros

      Perfect environment, great management it can give good experience and learning. I would highly recommend this company to anyone from junior to senior level.

      Cons

      Not that many bad things to say about this company. It would be nice if they could offer more competitive salaries. Outsourcing was not a step forward for the company
