-Poor management- management is verbally abusive and tends to focus only on the negative and what you're doing wrong, and fail to provide recognition for your achievements. Also, they were reluctant to let me transfer to any other department because then they'd have to re-hire (i.e. more work for them). -Ineffective/complacent HR- When my co-workers and I approached HR about it, they didn't do anything about it (even though we brought forth a myriad of evidence.)
