      Good environment and friendly colleagues

      Cons

      There is little to no diversity within the APJ management and ANZ team. The team composition is very homogenous, and there doesn’t seem to be a real effort to bring in diverse talent or perspectives. While the company promotes an inclusive culture on the surface, the reality is that the hiring practices don’t reflect it. Without intentional efforts to diversify the workforce, the company risks falling behind in innovation and inclusivity.
