The company recently increased its annual employee bonuses, a sabbatical month for employees who have been with the company for five years or more. The people in the local branch are good and quality people who are fun to work with, it is important to note that the vast majority of employees work for the company before it was acquired by SolarWinds

*Lack of transparency from management, saying one thing and doing something completely different *The CTO is a bad manager, does not know how to talk to employees and only creates anger and confusion. After a conversation we had with him one of the very senior executives called us and said very clearly "what the CTO said on issue X is a complete lie" More than once or twice people complained about him in "Ask me everything" meetings with senior management * Since the resignation of the previous CEO there have been incessant changes in the management, in the last six months I have had 3 group leaders change * The amount of RSU for new employees is ridiculous, allotment of shares is done only at the end of the 4 years and not as part of annual reviews. shares are vested once a year and not every quarter after the first year * Currently there is a mass resignation of employees all over the world from junior employees to very senior executives
