      No Job Security - Frequent Layoffs with No reason

      Good Infrastructure, Full Internet access, No dress code, Work from Home, Quarterly outings

      Cons

      Frequent Layoffs, No Proper reason for the layoffs, Very poor management, Two Directors, 10 Managers, 8 Senior Leads and No. of Leads, Seniors to manage less than 200 people. All High level management is safe always. No proper salary structure followed based on either experience or technical skills. Full control is on the management. Management will screw us if they dont like without any proper reason.
