Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn and challenge ones self. Exposure to a wide range of technologies cultures and internal management styles.

Cons

Persistently slow hiring process leads to persistent short staffing levels. The Support role takes at least 6 months to get up to speed, and is a major factor in the short staffing issues.

Pros

Hard work and getting things done are rewarded. Great benefits overall. Ability to work from home when needed. Two catered lunches per week is a really nice perk. Really smart people here.

Cons

Upward mobility is somewhat limited, which is surprising considering how fast the company is growing. Sometimes it's difficult to convince leadership of the right thing to do.
