Pros

- free drinks and snacks - pension, insurance, social club

Cons

- poor management ( it's not because you've been a good sales guy you'll be a good manager). - No long term vision - Manager are only interested to know how many PO you'll get today. Ready to call your customers behind your back to offer better discounts. Won't hesitate to sell directly even if projects has been brought by a partner. - no culture of the Channel, no Fields, no Travels - expect to be fire anytime - do not expect to get your permanent contract before12-16 months - very low salary regarding what competitors can offer - no quality leads, poor marketing -

Great benefits, culture and very smart people. Demand is stressful but with a sense of purpose.

Cons

Some time misalignment between top execs. With the recent refocus on products and the customer, that will change.
