Unlimited PTO New benefits for employees

Cons

The companies products are buggy and customer satisfaction struggles with constant escalations. New management seems to be nice, but they aren't. Hyper critical. Very understaffed teams expected to do more with less.

Solid product that can sell itself.

Cons

The company has opportunities to significantly grow, however discussions tend to stall at KBT. The sales force is set up to compete with the channel, in the current model, and ignores the potential of moving to a 100% channel model. There is also a very myopic and emotional governance around expanding partnerships and determining acceptable risk.
