Pros

Technology, especially tech that they partner with. That and free lunch is about all you can get excited about.

Cons

Leadership is corrupt and incompetent. The only people who will stay here are willing to be fully compromised in their character. Only recommend if you need a job and don't have options available. revolving door. oversights are off the charts.

Poor management, no room for growth.

Pros

I’ve been able to surround myself by a phenomenal group of people!

Cons

Besides poor management, there was poor training. If you are passionate about sales and learning, this is not the right company for you. Their training is about two weeks long, there are no follow ups and your manager will not care about your personal growth in the job. It is a Sales job, and numbers do talk, which is fair. What’s not fair is having a manager who lacks integrity, an emotional intelligence. People deserve to be developed, more so if they’re new.

Pros

Great people. Food provided 2 X per week. Snacks (cookies, chips .. very limited options tho) + sodas (daily).

Cons

There’s a lot of micromanagement, everything you do is monitored and questioned. Unnecessary stress from all levels, people running around with worried faces all the time. Old and manual processes. Every month there’s a new price list (in Excel????). It’s not a consultative sale, like selling on the real value of the products and how is that gonna impact positively the customer. Here si all about negotiating who lose the less discounting like crazy. Pretty much is just begging the customer’s money. Very impersonal, just a transaction.
