      Pros

      Great career growing opportunities, lots of trainings Interesting products, which are using latest technologies Agile development approach, allows to propose and create your ideas pretty quickly Great team of people

      Cons

      Product management organization went through reorg and is still slow and providing solid vision to products I miss continous delivery, which is not really doable, due to way how the products are deployed and supported.

      good growth opportunities. you can get to know and use interesting technologies if you work hard. company culture is great, all colleagues I've met were eager to help and easygoing - probably the biggest Pro (at least in Brno)

      Cons

      remote teams. sometimes you are in work until 7pm because of all the meetings with US part of the team. ditto with india.
