Pros

Lots of opportunity to learn and challenge ones self. Exposure to a wide range of technologies cultures and internal management styles.

Cons

Persistently slow hiring process leads to persistent short staffing levels. The Support role takes at least 6 months to get up to speed, and is a major factor in the short staffing issues.

Pros

Interesting job where you meet mostly smart and nice colleagues. There is no fixed work time nor timesheets.

Cons

The company is going through an acquisition, so the future is rather uncertain. The regular employees do not know much about it. Parking place is very limited, but it is a problem of the whole area.
